Plans for the Rest of the Cycle

If I can be a bit pretentious, the Gordian cycle has a waveform structure: short intro story (the Exile), longer involved story (the Wooing), shorter one-off stories (the two times Two Tales), longer involved story (the Burning)--that'll continue for two more 'waves', to give you an idea of how much more of this to expect. To be specific, there'll be:

- Two shorter stories; the first one will, if my plans don't change, be titled THE THIRD DEATH OF TRACKBOAR THE OVERMIGHTY, and the second is unnamed at the moment. These will put things in place for...

- A longer story, probably the longest in the series; the much-talked-of DESTRUCTION OF ARSIYYAH.

- An as-yet undetermined number of shorter stories afterwards (it could be one, it could be several) to bridge the gap between that and...

- One final longer story. If you've been reading the translators' notes, you know what the title of this one will be.

That, to me, is the shape of the Gordian cycle; there might be room for one or two more stories after that, but I don't know if I'll want to write them when I get there. So I'll leave that as a potential extra--if I had to guess, I probably won't write those extras, but it's possible.

In the meantime, look forward to the next one! Things will not be the same after it.
